Artist reserve the right to use commissioned work as a part of my portfolio and post them on social media.

Client cannot claim that the finished product was made by themselves or others, or modify artwork without permission.

Please credit @Shiyan_429 or link my social account when posting the commission work.

Please do not use non-commercial commissioned content for commercial usage such as streaming related purpose or merchandise.

The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission if they determine that they are unable to handle it.

After the quotation is accepted, client need to pay at least 20%~50% upfront of the total commission amount as a upfront deposit to secure a slot in the queue.

Payment plan can be discuss if needed.

If payment cannot be made on time due to special reasons, please provide a specific payment date. Note: No upfront payment = not in queue.

Please make remain deposit after draft is confirmed.

Except for Skeb-type commissions, after the full upfront deposit is received, I will provide draft, lineart+base color and final rendering for progress check. Each stage will be sent for your review and revision as needed.

Delivery will be made via a shared google link after the final rendering is confirmed to be satisfactory.

If you cancel after the draft is completed, you will receive a 50% refund of the upfront deposit.

If coloring has already been completed, no refund will be issued.

If I cancel your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Minor changes will not incur any additional fees and will not be counted as a revision. However, please try to provide all requested modifications at once.

Draft: 2 revision max.

Lineart and Base colour: 1 revision max.

No major changes once I start rendering.

Please describe your composition ideas before placing the commission. If you decide to give me full creative freedom, I will not accept multiple or major revisions later due to dissatisfaction with the composition.

Use: Personal collection, social media profile/banner, posting image, weekly schedule, thumbnail cover, personal gifts (not for event promotions)

The artist retains the right to publish the work on personal social media, include it in their portfolio, and retain the copyright of the artwork.

Use: Includes any form of digital profit-generating activities, such as monetized live streams, member-exclusive digital content, commercial collaboration visuals, game development, and related uses.

The client is allowed to create derivative works based on the commissioned artwork.

Printed Materials: Unless the work is kept for private use by the client only, non-sale promotional items produced for distribution are also considered commercial use.

Attribution requirement: Artist must be credited.

The artist retains the right to post on personal social media, include in personal portfolios, and retains copyright.

Use: Production of physical merchandise in quantities agreed upon by both parties, for marketing and advertising purposes, and for any form of commercial use.

After paying the buyout fee, the client obtains full commercial usage rights and copyright ownership of the artwork.

After buyout, the client may freely use the work but must not use it for illegal, discriminatory, hateful, or morally inappropriate purposes. If violated, the creator has the right to terminate the contract and demand cessation of use.

The copyright ownership of the work (excluding moral rights) will be fully transferred to the client after payment is completed. The creator may no longer use, display, publish, sell, or license the work to others.

If resale is needed, please notify the artist in advance, and the resale price must not exceed the original commission amount.

If commercial prices for one commission amount exceeds $900, etc., it is recommended to sign a contract with the artist to protect the rights for both parties.

繪師本人擁有圖像版權使用於作品集與公開平台、個人社群網站。

若有任何使用需求，請於使用前務必事先詢問或告知。

未經許可，委託方不得轉售圖像、聲稱成品為本人或他人所創作，亦不得擅自對圖像進行修改

上傳圖像請標明原繪師@shiyan_429 (可以直接艾特) 或個人網站出處。

非商業委託內容請勿用於直播上或商業印製。

繪師若判斷自身無法處理該委託，保留拒絕委託的權利。

報價確認後，委託人需於雙方商定的日期內支付 20% 訂金，方可正式加入排單行程。 如有分期付款需求，也可提前提出，以利討論協調。請注意在未支付訂金的情況下，將視為尚未排入排單行程。

逾期未支付訂金者，將視同取消委託，並不予另行通知。

尾款部分於草稿確認無誤後再進行支付。

除「驚喜包」類型外，作品將經過草稿、線稿＋底色、上色細化三個主要階段，並於每個階段與您確認是否需要修改。

最終上色細化確認無誤後，將透過 Google 分享連結交付成品。

若您於草稿階段完成後取消委託，您將獲得 訂金 50% 的退款。

若線稿階段已完成，則不予退款。

若因我方原因取消委託，您將獲得全額退款。

微小更改不收取任何費用，這些不會被算作 1 次修訂。但請盡量一次把所有修改需求提出。

草稿最多修訂 2 次。

線稿+底色 最多 1 次修訂。

開始細化後不可以大改。

請在委託前說明構圖想法。若交由我自由發揮，事後因構圖不符期望而要求多次或大幅修改，將不予受理。

本作品之著作財產權（不含著作人格權）於款項支付完成後，全部轉讓予委託方，創作者不得再另行使用、販售或授權他人使用該作品。

繪師保留作品署名權，得於個人作品集及非商業平台展示該作品，展示時須註明作品已由委託方買斷授權，且不得用於商業用途。

委託方擁有作品完整商業使用權，但不影響繪師上述非商業展示權利。

如需轉售，請事先通知繪師，且轉售價格不得高於原委託金額。

若採用商業價格， 或單次委託金額超過３萬元以上、等較龐大的金額數，建議與繪師簽契約單以保障雙方權益
